We are paid by contractors

Our service is free to homeowners. We are paid by contractors for referrals and, in some cases, when a referral turns into an estimate or a completed job. This does not cost you anything extra, but you should know it exists.

Before hiring any contractor, we encourage you to verify their license, insurance, and references, get written estimates, and read any contract carefully before signing. You are responsible for your decision to hire a contractor.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee or warranty any contractor's work, pricing, timeline, quality, or results. Any warranty comes from the contractor, not from Building Connections. Observations we make about your home, such as visible roof damage, are general observations, not professional inspections or assessments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Building Connections is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from work performed by a contractor, or from your use of this website or our services. Any claim about a contractor's work must be brought against that contractor.
